I smoked a pack of camels a day,You know how I quit?I told myself i’d rather crave for a short period of time then to murder myself slowly and it’s not always slowly because sometimes peoples shit just fails because of all the poison in cigs. “STOP COLD TURKEY”because when you try to slack on your habbit you’re always thinking “whens it time for my next smoke?”It’s not very easy,but it’s not too hard for you either. i started smoking when the mailman dropped his cigs 12 yrs ago. i been smoke free 1 month,oddly no nicotine craving from 1 pack a day to 0. i spent 18000 dollars on cigs ahhhhhh
