Do you smoke? Have you quit? If not, then you do not really know how hard it really is. I've tried different ways. Cold Turkey, rubber, cone down. I always fall again, but I'm still trying.

I now clean for 17 months. I seriously do not crave a cigarette at all. I can go with friends, and I do not desire to smoke a cigarette. I have tried to quit about 10 times before holding. What finally helped was that a friend gave me a book Alan Carr's. I have the whole thing from start to finish and stayed on.
