    Yes, it's mainly a mental thing. But you do not need willpower. You can eliminate fear and tension with hypnosis.

    I agree that it is possible to be successful, but I do not agree that "can only help a good will." Addiction 90% of the snuff is mental. Hypnotherapy and NLP are the methods of making contact with the unconscious, the part of your mind, which is responsible for the mental part of addiction. I suggest you see all 5 chapters of this video for a full explanation of the procedures, how they can help. The goal of this series is to educate – NO offers hypnotherapy.
