What stops you from being able to picture yourself doing everyday things without a cigarette? You have an imagination, don’t you?
When someone tells me that they “can’t” do something, the truth is usually they really don’t “want” to do something.
Help is available, but perhaps you are unwilling to spend some of the money that you are currently spending on cigarettes to receive the professional help that you need to comfortably give them up.

I can’t picture myself doing everyday things without a cigarette. .
I’m 17 now, and I’ve been smoking since I was 11. . It’s about time I ditched that habit. . I just don’t know if I can. .

Of course you can quit. But first you’ll have to make a conscious decision to quit.
Then you’ll need to learn how to stay comfortable and relaxed without the cigarettes. That’s what the hypnotherapy is for!

That’s one of the beautiful things about the Neuro-VISION technology: It trains the mind to change the images – automatically. But what you’ve just watched is NOT Neuro-VISION, it’s merely an educational video.
Neuro-VISION is available on my web site, and watching it will automatically train the unconscious to get rid of those images you’re seeing, because it’s that type of image that compels a person to smoke.

Hey, when im out at a club/concert having a cig allows me to have a conversation and get away from the loud music, in turn allows me to meet women and new friends. This is a big draw for me.

Sorry, I don’t know the name of the music. It’s royalty free music that we purchased on a group of CD’s, so it isn’t readily available to the public.

Hello Alan. I started smoking about 18 months ago. I have been trying to quit, but i always end up having the last one. . . Today i had this video instead of the cigarette, and i got the same satisfaction. I now have something else to bank on, for which I’ll remain ever grateful. God bless you. thank you
PS: whats the name of the music playing in the background? ( both chapters)
. . thanks

Hi Ana,
People gain weight when they quit because they substitute food for relaxation and pleasure in place of the cigarettes.
That’s one of the reasons why hypnotherapy is so important. With a good hypnosis program you learn to relax using self-hypnosis, and your mind is programmed to automatically divert away from stressful thoughts in the first place.
The benefits of using hypnosis are that you lose your cravings, you become more relaxed, and you don’t substitute food or gain weight.

Thank you so so much for givingme another chance at a healthy life! and one question. . do you gain weight when your stop smoking cos you stopped or because of the food alternarive! because i’m very concered about weight??

Thank you soo much!
So, I can rest assured that what I have been telling my mother is true.
I also like to mention, that you guys on ytube that help people out, without any type of financial gain. . I guess per’se. . . . lol. .
are a great blessing!
I’ll be sure to get with my mothert to try and work out an exercise regimen. . I dont want to loose her as well.
Again thanks!
November 17th, 2009 at 7:35 pm
Thanks for the compliment! Yes, regular exercise will help with a weight gain.
45% of the smoking habit is based on the fact that smokers smoke cigarettes to reduce stress. So if a smoker quits without eliminating the stress, he/she will substitute food in place of the cigarettes – and gain weight.
A good hypnotherapy / NLP program will focus on getting rid of the stress so that the ex-smoker doesn’t feel a compulsion to substitute food for the cigarettes. No extra food, no weight gain!

Great video!
My mother is trying to stop smoking because my granny just died from lung cancer. . at 68 yrs old!
However, she is afraid of putting on weight. . I tell her she neds to exercise, everytime she wants to smoke. . so it can curve the weight gain scare. .
If you exercise instaed of smoking, could that keep the 5-10 pds you will gain after you quit Alan?
Thanks !

thanks alan it helped me a lot . also what i know it workes if u like to quite smoking is every time u want to have a smoke start to run really fast for about 40 to 50 feet u can do more if u like if u cant run just try to do something phisical really fast like jump up and down or do the jumping jacks the porpose of doing that is to make u tired and also to remind u why u need to quite smoking because wants u start to run or . . then u really gonna be out of breath and etc tried and write me back
November 17th, 2009 at 10:33 pm
Not bad Alan. I was under the impression that the majority of ex-smokers relapse due to uncontrollable cravings via the vague idea that cigarettes trigger reward receptors in the brain; the physical addiction. The concept of mental image associations is very interesting and should be researched more by the ACA and other government organizations. Thanks again homie!
