i smoked between 10-20 for the last 6 years and have finally given them up for good. . . . on my 15th day without one!!!i feel so much better already. . im 21 yrs old and i dont want to die in 10 yrs or so from some smoking related disease,,,and for those who critise those who smoke. . yes it is stupid starting in the first place but it is a very addictive drug and non smokers wouldnt understand this. . . . alcohol,other drugs also have their disadvantages-no-one is perfect
