I'm 3wks and 3 days cold turkey. . I thought it was pretty easy this time, and really at this point have no desire to return. . I hope the latter. .

If it had been 2 months without smoking, you must not use Chantix. . . . . or anything else. You are now a non-smoker. enjoy your new healthy lifestyle and forget about smoking for good. Well done to stop smoking.

Congratulations, I hope it's still good! I'm almost 2 months cold turkey. It is difficult at first, but then it is much easier, but I still have the goods and bad days. I wonder if I should use Chantix.

It is so hard to believe that I am on the day 17 of not smoking! I am with varenicline for smoking cessation. That, and I remember before they started 21 years ago. It should be recalled. I was smoke free in my life once. I know I can do it again. This time, one way or another, is my last attempt. It is bending and breaking.

I smoke about 10 a day in the last 5 to 6 years and has up to two weeks – Cold Turkey. The first 4 days are crazy, but if you get past that then it's free at home. Subsequently, all psychological, but because you've invested so much smoking is not likely to abandon them.

I had read that nicotine is very important not Gett RID. . Smoking body is learning to work a little with other chamichals harmful than the problem. . I was the use of nicotine chewing gum, but smoking does not help me much again

Why not get rid of tobacco companies, the most harmful chemicals from smoking? their demonstrated that nicotine really does hurt, but is so addicted to you, the more my own. So why not keep that nicotine, and go all bad? Search for e-cigarette, and you'll see what I'm talking about

I am on the second day of not smoking, irritability, hyperactivity, anxiety, and continuously filled with things face, while the desire does not disappear. But I know it will be less and less over time. The last time I left it took about 3 days before arrival less. . after one or two weeks before I was really free from the smoking desire.
