Why smoke when we know that's not good for your health? There are many reasons for this, but in this article we will consider the most important reason in today's world, and that is to reduce stress. What is stress, we can remove it through smoking, if not then how can we eliminate it, let's talk a little with regard to these issues. What is stress? What is stress? Stress is the situation where we do not exercise to fulfill a sense of powerlessness, not in a position to deadlines and pressure.
