It’s likely that you will feel odd in the first 24 hours and you will lose all the focus. During this time, feel good and think positive. On the next day, you would just want to smoke badly but you must be strong enough and you need to control your brain. Once you concentrate on the good things and follow a quit smoking timeline, even when you feel the urge to smoke, ignore the same as the system is focusing on chucking out the nicotine in your body.

You need to be very strong on the third day as your brain and body will start giving you the wrong signals. You will not like to eat or drink anything and everything will be tasteless. But then again, if the quit smoking timeline is religiously followed, you will get rid of this bad smoking habit. On the last day, you are likely to feel constipated and also might cough a lot. But don’t worry because in no time, smoking will become a history for you.

Once the four day period of the Quit smoking timeline is over, your fifth day is going to be great. Cough will reduce and you’ll start enjoying the food. Your mind and body is feeling better and is enjoying that it’s out of the problem. Once you finish a week, you will feel better and better. The positive signs will include sweet cravings and your teeth will also look whiter.
